The monthly STP stakeholder teleconferences held by the college will be trialled in 2012, as a means of improving communication with and amongst STP participants. They will provide an opportunity for STP participants to ask the college any questions regarding STP. Discussion will most likely revolve around application rounds, reporting requirements, and any other administrative queries. Discussion may also include information surrounding the establishment and running of STP posts. The college will facilitate the teleconferences which will be state based.

Please see the table below for up and coming teleconferences in your state. Please note, due to the high numbers of participants, the college will hold two separate teleconferences for stakeholders based in Victoria. Due to the smaller numbers in other states, Western Australia and Northern Territory, and Tasmania and ACT participants will be scheduled for the same teleconferences. The schedule for the remainder of the year will be released closer to date.

Before attending your first STP teleconference you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement developed by the college to protect the interests of you and others in attendance.

STP project Officer, Olivia Henriksen will contact individuals to organise the signing of this agreement, forward the teleconference dial in details, and communicate any other administrative requirements.
